Our Staff

 

Johnson's Daycare programs exceed State of North Carolina staffing ratios in all components to provide the highest level of care and supervision. Our teachers are experienced and trained in childhood development, pediatric first aid, CPR, and have all successfully completed background clearances through the State of North Carolina, including Fingerprinting and Criminal and Child Abuse checks through the Department of Justice.

 

A facility the size of Johnson's Daycare has many staffing requirements. We are fortunate to have a crew comprised of wonderful teachers, assistants and volunteers with varied strengths, talents, and backgrounds. All of our staff are a marvelous asset to our childcare facility. A teacher at Johnson's Daycare is a nurturer as well as an educator, someone who encourages learning through exploration, and who understands the balance between what a child needs to feel safe and what he or she requires to reach their potential.

Our staff here at Johnson's Daycare is too large to be able to mention each individual, however, we are confident you will get to know them as you and your child become apart of the Johnson's Daycare family.
