At Johnson’s Daycare, we carefully select caregivers who share our passion for nurturing children, fostering learning, and creating positive, engaging environments. We value candidates with a love for teaching, a positive attitude, and a genuine appreciation for children.
Applicants must meet the teacher qualifications required by the State of North Carolina, including holding a two- or four-year degree in early childhood education or a related field. Previous experience in early childhood education is highly valued but not mandatory. All caregivers meet or exceed state and local licensing requirements to ensure the highest standards of care.
Our team members must:

Successfully pass a comprehensive background check.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification.
