Johnson's Daycare selects its caregivers on the basis of their appreciation for children, positive attitude, and love of teaching. At the same time, we look at educational background and teaching experience in early childhood education. Applicants must be teacher qualified under the state of North Carolina. A two or four year degree is needed to qualify. Previous experience working in early childhood education is a plus. All of our caregivers meet or exceed all state and local licensing requirements.

 

All staff must pass a background check, attend ongoing professional training, and must become First Aid and CPR certified. We offer a fun, professional work environment,   plus much more! If you have a passion for young children and their education we are interested in speaking with you.
